NEW ALBUM: Your Old Droog “Bread & Butter”

**Bread & Butter** is Your Old Droog’s tenth full-length project; he spent about three years working on it. The title and concept come from a family story. After emigrating from Ukraine to Brooklyn, his relatives were broke but still had refined tastesthey’d spread limited caviar thinly across ordinary bread. The album uses that image as a metaphor for making the most of scarcity and turning struggle into something lasting. Production includes Flying Lotus, Conductor Williams, Ohbliv, and others. Features mix established names (Evidence, Masta Ace, Oddisee) with Tank and the Bangas’ Tarriona Ball, South African rapper A-Reece, Georgia Anne Muldrow, and Kim Hill.
