**“THE LANDLORD**” is the new studio album by Harlem native **Jim Jones.** 17-track project (≈44 minutes) in his signature gritty, Harlem street-rap style with skits, hard-hitting beats, and a strong supporting cast of features. **Production** credits are Primarily **Piff** and **Jojo Beats** (handling the majority of the beats. **Standout features** include Fabolous, Dave East, Fetty Wap, Yung Bleu, Kodie Shane, Maino, and frequent collaborator Dyce Payso. **Vibe**s of the project according to Jones has called it a very deliberate project made quickly amid everything going on in his world expect raw talk, Harlem pride, and some shots fired.

The title **“The Landlord”** fits the assertive, ownership-themed energy Jones has been on lately (both musically and in his business moves with the IFC Bronx studio and podcasting).
