NEW ALBUM: Nick Grant “Smile”

Sorry for the late post — I had a rough week.
“Smile” is the latest studio album from Nick Grant (South Carolina native, Atlanta-based). Released on May 15, 2026, it serves as his fifth studio LP, following projects like Took It Personal (2025) and Sunday Dinner.
The 10-track project is a laid-back hip-hop/rap effort centered around lyrical reflection, personal storytelling, boom-bap and soul-sample-driven production, and Grant’s signature competitive lyricism. He’s described it as “one of my most lyrical albums, super competitive and collaborative.”
Early reviews have already called it one of his strongest releases to date and one of the best hip-hop albums of 2026 so far, praising its consistency and depth across topics like money, street life, grief, growth, and the rap industry. Features include B Hess, Punch (TDE), BJ The Chicago Kid, Westside Gunn, Young Chris, CHi the Prynce, Ransom, and others.
