The title poses a rhetorical question about the decline of street culture amid snitching, RICO cases, and senseless murders, echoing losses of peers like Takeoff, Nipsey Hussle, and Young Dolph. Out of the 14 tracks, 9 feature guest artists who bring diverse energies-from gritty street tales to melodic flexes—without overpowering 21’s signature monotone menace. The lineup emphasizes loyalty to Slaughter Gang affiliates, OVO connections, and rising trap voices, creating a cohesive Southern trap vibe.
