It’s his first new full body of work since the debut, following the sudden streaming debuts of his long-leaked early EPs Act I: Eternal Sunshine (The Pledge) and Act II: The Patents of Nobility (The Turn) earlier that week, sparking fan speculation about a potential “Act IIl!.”
