2024 kinda flew by pretty quickly.
I like to reflect on albums and artists that I enjoyed music,videos , and content from throughout the year.
My list is based off the quality of the music. Beat selection & flow of the entire project, and replay value. All these albums pulled me back continuously through out the year and the music was pretty good as well.
- Benny the Butcher “Everybody can’t go”
Griselda’s Captain Benny The Butcher delivered his highly anticipated debut Def Jam records album, “EVERYBODY CAN’T GO” with a total fully produced by ALC & Hit-BoY. 12 tracks total with features that include LIL WAYNE, KYLE BANKS, SNOOP DOGG, STOVE GOD COOKS, ARMANI CAESAR, JADAKISS , BABYFACE RAY, WESTSIDE GUNN, CONWAY THE MACHINE , RICK HYDE, and PEEZY.
2. SchoolBoy Q “BlueLips”
TDE’s Schoolboy Q delivers his project “Blue Lips”. Total of 18 tracks with features that include Devin Malik, Lance SkiiiWalker, Az Chike, Freddie Gibbs, Ab-Soul, Jozzy, Childish Major, and Rico Nasty.
3. Hit-Boy x Alchemist “ THEODORE & ANDRE”
2024 was officially blessed with a 3 piece E.P. Project. Enough to get you hooked and keep running it back. The project is full of incredible beats produced by them going back and forth lyrically ,and on the beats. Two of my favorite producers going crazy. Really Appreciate this one…
4. Kanye West x Ty Dollar $ign “Vultures “
Anticipated album from Kanye West & Ty Dolla Sign “VULTURES 1” that kept being promised but delayed over ,and over finally dropped February 10th 2024. 16 tracks total, features include North West, Freddie Gibbs, Lil Durk, Bump J, Travis Scott, Nipsey Hussle YG, Quavo,Playboi Cart, and Chris Brown.
5. V Don x Ty Da Dale “BANNED IN 9 STATES”
This is one of the most extremely stand out albums of 2024 for me no skips period. Album by V Don, & Ty Da Dale titled “BANNED IN 9 STATES” dropped early spring. 9 tracks total with features that include some real underground usual suspects spitters. RomeStreetz, Sauce Heights,BabyMaine, and Jesus Heist. All production provided by V.Don..
6. Gangrene (The Alchemist x Oh,No) “Heads I Win, Tails You Lose”
Project from Gangrene which consists of (The Alchemist & Oh,No) for their new project titled “Heads I Win, Tails You Lose” 13 track set list features including Boldy James, Evidence, ,and Ankhlejohn.

Chief Keef , and Mike WiLL Made-It linked up for a 18 piece mixtape format project titled “DIRTY NACHOS” featuring 2Chainz, and Sexxy Red.
9. Ice Spice: “Y2K”
Bronx NY native Ice Spice releases her debut album “Y2K!” .
No BS this project was pretty solid to me, she improved on her craft as far as her rhymes, and delivery. She also had some bangers on this album, no skips honestly she picked some really good beats.
Although her raps wasn’t lyrical miracle type vibes she was talking her baddie shit , I enjoyed it. 10 piece song collection , with features fronm Gunna, Central Cee, and Travis Scott.
10. Rubii :“Change & Remain
6 songs total with feature from Kofi Stone.
11. Willie The Kid x V Don: “Deutsche Marks 4”
Willie The Kid & Super producer V Don return with the 4th installment of their “Deutsche Marks” series. 13 tracks collection with features from Eto, Rome Streetz, The Alchemist, ANKHLEJOHN, ABE Linx, and Tully C. All production provided byV Don. They don’t miss my boy…
12. Benny the Butcher & 38 Spech “Stab and Shot 2”
Benny The Butcher & 38 Spesh form as (STABBED & SHOT) the follow up album “STABBED & SHOT 2” the original album came 2018, been waiting on this one for a while. 16 track collection with production and features from some of the best high quality underground artist. Features include Harry Fraud, Busta Rhymes, Dave East, Klass Murda, Daringer, OT The Real, Ransom, and V Don.
13. Rome Streetz x Daringer “Hatton Garden Holdup”
Griselda representatives Rome Streetz, and production director Daringer. 13 piece collection with features that include Cormega, Conway the Machine, ScHoolboy Q, and Meyhem Lauren. I really enjoyed this one they also filmed a short film and part of the packaging with the presentation of the project.

14. Thee Sacred Souls : “Got a Story to Tell”
Not sure how I discovered this group, but I’m happy I did. Thee Sacred Souls released their newest album “Got a Story to Tell” 12 tracks total nothing but soulful type vibes really good collection of music.. Really great retro vibes that just honestly makes you feel good listening to this group.
15. Trizz x Mike Summers: “Cavi En Cursive”
West coast artists Trizz & Mike Summers dropped “Cavi En Cursive” I’m pretty late to Trizz but he’s pretty dope to me , Inland Empire, Southern California native. I kept hearing him another artist name T.F Featuring on songs together ,and they’re always going crazy on tracks. This project sounds exactly how I remember West Coast music to sound.

17. Boldy James x Conductor Willian : “Across The Tracks”
Griselda representative Mr.227 Boldly James linked up with Producer extraordinaire Conductor Williams for a 10 piece collection titled “ACROSS THE TRACKS” features include Bo Jackson, and Double Dee.
18. Leon Thomas : “MUTT”
Not gonna act like I’m super in tune with Leon Thomas and his catalog , but this project is pretty good. Titled “Mutt” a 14 tracks total collection with features that include Wale, Ty Dolla $ign, Axlfolie, Baby Rose, and Freddie Gibbs..
19. Freddie Gibbs :”You Only Die 1nce”

WestsideGunn dropped two projects in one weekend and them shits was super dope to me, that underground shit is my bag. Really enjoyed these albums..

Dave East and producer araabMUZIK. Went crazy with a Solid 15 song total track list, with features from the likes of Stacy Barthe, Millyz, Lyrivelli, Ransom, Giggs, Quany Gz, OT The Real, Benny The BUTCHER, snd Fabolous.

Album by Skyzoo titled “Keep Me Company” delivered to the people on Friday SkyZoo gives us a total of 13 pieces of pure soulful laced beats and gems .
24. Fat Joe: “The World Changed On Me”
project titled “The World Changed On Me” was definitely one of the illest projects I’ve heard this year. 11 tracks total with features that include Karma Nova, dre, Ty Dolla $ign, Cool, Chris Rock, Remy Ma, Tuggawar, Babyface, Tony Sunshine, and DJ Khaled.
25. METRO BOOMIN x FUTURE “WE DON’T TRUST YOU”
Future & METRO BOOMIN delivers the first installment of their two part series titled “WE DON’T TRUST YOU” 17 track total with features that include Young Thug, Kendrick Lamar, Playboi Carti, Travis Scott, The Weeknd, and more. They eventually spent the block with a second installment of the project with “ we still don’t trust you! April 12th, but out of the two albums this one was my favorite.
That’s pretty much it for me though. 2024 had some good music despite what others say found some good stuff. It’s more than enough options for people own personal taste. You just gotta dig / serach for music ,and your own personal likings. Probably think more for your self ,and know what you like personally. Don’t allow others to influence you!
